A full house for this wellness workshop. Sarah led participants to paint freely in response to live music played by herself and a guitarist and 2 flautists. They also warmed up to a variety of contrasting recorded pieces, and drew inspiration from the natural environment of the John Evelyn Garden in Deptford. Everyone got to take home a canvas.
